- Some features require a paid subscription and are subject to plan limitations.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free Plan: Limited features available at no cost.
- Paid Plans: Additional features available through monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.

- You retain ownership of your business data but grant us license to process it for service delivery.
- User-generated content remains your property but we may use anonymized data for improvement.
7. Account Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

- Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.
8. Limitation of Liability

- Morrowly is a software platform, not a registered professional services provider, and does not hold any advisory licences.
- Any reliance on information provided by Morrowly is at your own risk. We accept no liability for decisions made based on our AI recommendations.
- Tax deadlines, compliance requirements, and regulatory information may change. Always verify with the relevant authority (e.g. SARS, CIPC).
10. Governing Law
